Water energy can be used as a power plant by utilizing the available potential (waterfall and flow velocity). Today's needs are increasing along with increase in population growth. Kaplan turbine is composed of propellers/turbine wheel blades such ship propellers. The blades' length width determine turbine's outer diameter. diameter will influence torque generated turbine. greater produced, obtained. Data collection was carried out to calculate five variations propeller's diameter, namely 21 cm, 24 25.8 27 30 cm. s, 0.0133 m3/s, 0.0139 0.0152 m3/s. results test discharge obtained tremendous at cm rate m3/s.
